This month’s feature is the Grüner Veltliner from Tumbarumba — an Austrian white grape that has found a perfect home in the cool-climate vineyards of the Snowy Mountains. Crisp and vibrant, it shows notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and a hint of white pepper, with a refined mineral finish. Fresh and elegant, it pairs beautifully with seafood, salads, and lighter dishes.
