Our July special brings a refined French touch to The Wine Room.

The Confit Duck Leg is slow-cooked until tender and full of flavour, served with potato gratin, celeriac, frisée and orange gastrique. Rich, comforting and beautifully balanced, it is a winter main designed to be shared, though just as tempting to enjoy on your own.

This month in The Wine Room, we’re featuring the David Moret Bourgogne Pinot Noir.

Elegant and expressive, this beautiful French Pinot Noir offers delicate red fruit, soft spice and a silky finish. A refined drop on its own, and an especially lovely pairing with our July special, Confit Duck Leg with potato gratin, celeriac, frisée and orange gastrique.
